Wildtree founder, Leslie Montie began the quest for nutritious, delicious and easy to prepare meals in response to her two young children's medical conditions. As a young mother she was challenged to find chemical free foods that were convenient to prepare at the grocery store and she began her search for healthy alternatives.

Food Without High Fructose Corn Syrup
I personally became acquainted with Wildtree when I began looking for alternatives to use when teaching whole food cooking or lifestyle classes. Everyone wants fast and I began researching convenient good-for-you choices. That is when I discovered Wildtree products. I finally found convenience foods that I am comfortable recommending. I use them myself as well. The entire product line is basically chemical and additive free and only a couple items have high fructose corn syrup. (Avoid: Salmon Sauce, Chipotle Salsa, Thai Sauce.) With the exception of those three items, I would recommend everything as a better choice than the comparable conveniences at the grocery store.

My favorite items and the reason I am sold on Wildtree is their premier products; Whole Wheat Beer Bread Mix and the Apple Spice Muffin Mix. Between those two mixes I can make whole wheat anything; cookies, layer cakes, pancakes, breakfast bread, you name it.
